You jump on a call with Santino
No pitch deck, no pressure. We work out whether remote sales is genuinely the right move for you.

We run a proper onboarding session
Setter or closer? Full-time or part-time? UK, US or Australian hours? You don't need to quit your job to start — plenty of people build this around one until the income says otherwise.

You get your modules
Based on that onboarding, you're given a specific set of modules with the complete framework and every material you need. It's only 8 to 10 hours of content — at 6 to 8 hours a week, you're consciously competent at running a professional remote sales call inside 30 days.

What is BackPack Closers?
A remote sales firm that trains complete beginners into hire-ready setters and closers, drills them with live sessions and AI call practice, and then puts them in front of vetted companies that are actively hiring. Everything runs inside our Skool community.
How long does the training actually take?
The full module set is only about 8 to 10 hours of material. If you can give it 6 to 8 hours a week, you'll be consciously competent at professionally conducting a remote sales call within 30 days.
Do I become a setter or a closer?
We work that out with you on the onboarding call. Setting is the front end — booking qualified appointments. Closing is the back end — running the sales call itself. Your modules are assigned based on which one you're going for.
Can I do this around my current job?
Yes, and most people do. On onboarding we ask whether you want full-time or part-time, and whether you want UK, US or Australian hours — so this can fit around a job until you're earning enough to make a decision about it.
