From €400 a month in Montenegro to a $52,000 month

Veljko Scepanovic was 20, working supermarkets and bookies in Montenegro where a good job pays €400 a month. Nobody would hire him with zero sales experience. Two years after his first placement he had a $52k month.

Outcome

Placed on his first ever offer in January 2024 with no sales experience; averaged ≈$25k/month across 2025 with a $52k best month.

Where Veljko started

Montenegro. Small country, small wages.

"You're getting paid like 3, 400 bucks a month. Just normal, completely normal stuff."

A very good job there tops out around €1,000. A bank director or a top surgeon might clear €2,000–€3,000 a month.

He'd worked a supermarket. He'd worked as a bookie. He'd done construction.

Before that he'd tried the internet-business circuit with a friend and lost every round: dropshipping, SMMA, Amazon FBA. All of it.

Nobody would take him

His friend read one of Santino's objection-handling books, got into sales, and started making around two grand a month sitting at home.

That got Veljko's attention.

The problem was getting in.

"I was reaching out to so many people, trainers — nobody wants me. I have no experience."

Then a different conversation.

"I vividly remember you told me in one of our first calls: I see the hunger in you and I know you're going to crush it."

First offer. First contact. First manager. 9 January 2024.

What life looked like before

He doesn't dress this part up.

"Before high ticket sales there were some really low lows."

Every day repetitive. Every day a small challenge — what to eat, what to drink, whether there's money left in the last ten days of the month.

"Every penny matters."

The numbers

Two years in:

  • Best month — November 2025: $52,000 USD
  • That came off roughly $400,000 collected at around 12%
  • 2025 average: ≈$25,000 a month, on a single closing offer
  • Q4 2025 alone: $130k–$140k
  • 2024, the learning year, was messier: a 2k month, a 3k month, an 8k month, a 10k month

That first year matters. He didn't walk in and print money — he walked in, got trained, got placed, and got reps.

What he did with it

Yes, the car and the watch. He's honest about the childhood-dream stuff.

Then the part he actually wanted to talk about:

  • Bought his mum a car
  • Bought his dad a car
  • Paid off every debt his parents had
  • Retired his dad

Plus a four-bedroom penthouse that costs a fraction of what Miami would charge.

His advice

"If you speak English, do it."

He points out that English isn't even his first language. He had to learn how to communicate in it while learning how to sell in it.

"Imagine how well you can do when it is your first language."

And the actual instruction:

"No matter what you do, what your background is — find somebody who's going to train you, and find somebody who can place you on an offer."

Individual results vary and depend on effort, the company you join, and market conditions. Veljko's numbers are exceptional and are not typical. No income or employment guarantees are made.
